ICE and IVY will be offered to our customers in Software-as-a-Service Model.

The support will be offered in two forms:

Basic Support:

  • Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm (Excluding Holidays)
  • Query Resolution, General Product Usability, Product Questions
  • Web Access and Email

Premium Support:

  • Monday to Friday – 24×7
  • Operational Activities
  • Phone, Web Access and Email
